How do I become a dealer?
A dealer must complete and return EMMC's dealer application. Place an initial stocking order and maintain appropriate levels of EMMC products.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Our minimum order amount is $50.
What is required for an open account?
We offer net terms to dealers. We ask that you fill out the credit section of the dealer application and provide references. Processing credit information can take some time. Please allow 2-3 weeks and order accordingly. Longer term financing arrangements can be made through EMMC with approved third part financial organizations.
What other methods of payment are available?
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, COD and Money Orders.
Is private labeling available?
Private labeling is available in quantity. Call for details.
What is EMMC's warranty policy?
All warranty service and replacement is to be handled through the store from which the item was purchased. Please do not ask consumers to directly contact us. Before merchandise is returned, contact should be made with our main office to obtain an RMA number. When shipping merchandise back to us, please include the RMA number, the problem with the merchandise, and if you'd prefer to receive credit or a replacement. EMMC warrants its products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Because many of our products are made of natural materials, warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Damage as a result of abuse, misuse, or weather is not generally covered by EMMC warranty.
